A kWh is what the customer buys
When a customer pays by the kilowatt-hour, the kWh value becomes the commercial quantity. A transaction accuracy test compares the charger transaction against a measurement standard so the owner can understand whether the transaction is within the expected path.
Price matters too
The energy quantity is only part of the transaction. The unit price and total transaction price need to be visible, consistent, and traceable to the record.
Documentation turns a test into evidence
A field result should be captured with enough detail that a compliance team, service partner, or authority contact can understand what happened without reconstructing the visit from memory.
